Wy do I love writing exams?????

Teaching is my thing. I love it! I like t see the slow progression of kids from the start of the year to really excelling in their learning. It gives me a buzz. It's hard bloody work at times, but I really enjoy the challenges. I am fairly laid-back as a person, but put me in front of a class and I enjoy the theatrics and the chance to interact with enquiring minds, But most of all, when it comes down to it, the really best part about teaching for me is..writing exams, I can think of nothing better than to sit down and create an exam that really tests the kid's abilities and knowledge. The perfect exam is a holy grail. I am on the ever-progressing quest o write it. one day I will. and then? Retirement!
